01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 95ok website, mobile platform, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 95ok is an offshore online gambling platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and related entertainment services primarily to the Bangladesh market.

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms;
• You voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 95ok. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

95ok reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 95ok Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts created by automated bots are not permitted;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 95ok or any of its affiliated entities;
• You must not have previously had a 95ok account closed for violations of these Terms;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your location.

95ok reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 95ok may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Players who provide false information during registration will have their accounts immediately terminated and any winnings forfeited.

Players are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction before registering an account. 95ok does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is done entirely at the player's own risk.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on the 95ok Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point will be truthful and accurate.

95ok operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Creating or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, any bonuses forfeited, and any winnings under investigation may be voided pending review.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by the Platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 95ok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

95ok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 95ok that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible operation, 95ok may require players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage. KYC requirements may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will require completed KYC before processing. 95ok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC verification.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

95ok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile wallet channels. Cryptocurrency deposits have no minimum enforced by the Platform but may be subject to minimum network thresholds. All deposit amounts are credited to your 95ok account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

95ok does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, third-party payment processors and cryptocurrency network fees may apply and are the responsibility of the player. Deposits are generally credited in real time for mobile wallet transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.

You may only deposit funds into your 95ok account from payment methods that are registered in your own name or over which you have legitimate ownership. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to network conditions. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional processing time if the player's KYC verification is incomplete or if the transaction is flagged for security review.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• You must have completed any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before requesting a withdrawal of associated winnings;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible;
• 95ok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals of cryptocurrency will be processed at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing;
• 95ok does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals made via cryptocurrency channels.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

The primary account currency on 95ok is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where deposits are made in cryptocurrency, the BDT equivalent is calculated using the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the network. 95ok does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

95ok offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are awarded in BDT unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Standard wagering requirements on deposit match bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is typically 7 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses that have expired without meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation;
• 95ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being misused.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the exploitation of promotional mechanics through coordinated betting strategies, the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or placing opposing bets to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, 95ok reserves the right to void all associated winnings, confiscate any bonus balance, and permanently close the offending account(s).

06 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 95ok Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical systems;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting in any sportsbook market;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 95ok staff member or other platform user via the live chat or any other communication channel.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any breach of the prohibitions listed above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, the voiding of any bets placed or winnings accrued during the period of prohibited conduct, forfeiture of any balance remaining in the account, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence. 95ok's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in these Terms.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, slots, crash games, and virtual sports available on the 95ok Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before playing.

7.1 Random Number Generators

All slot and table game outcomes on the 95ok Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The RNG systems used by our game providers are subject to regular audits by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Crash games such as Aviator by Spribe use a provably fair algorithm, the integrity of which can be independently verified by the player after each round.

7.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on the 95ok sportsbook — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, Test, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and virtual sports — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 95ok's decision shall be based on information from recognised official sources and shall be final.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or any technical error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, 95ok reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable in the event of a malfunction. The principle "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

95ok is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Gambling should always be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, personal, or emotional harm, players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 95ok players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your net win/loss and time spent in the current session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days;

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 95ok Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, icons, images, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of 95ok or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission from 95ok;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice appearing on the Platform;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including resale, sub-licensing, or incorporation into third-party materials;
• Use data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data extraction tools on any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages. The 95ok name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 95ok and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 95ok and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or network outages;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses resulting from changes in exchange rates between BDT and any cryptocurrency;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or material published on the Platform.

95ok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 95ok account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 95ok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 95ok account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have met all applicable conditions will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 95ok

95ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same player;
• Suspected bonus abuse or use of prohibited software;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Extended inactivity (12 consecutive months with no login activity).

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 95ok will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any inactivity charge. After providing written notice, 95ok may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to the inactive account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Real-money balances in inactive accounts will be held for a period of at least 24 months from the date of last login before any administrative disposition.

12 Amendments to These Terms

95ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 95ok will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions — may be made without specific notification.

All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
